Getting Started

2. Add sites to block – type a URL like youtube.com or use quick presets (Social, Video, Chat)
3. Pick your duration – 15min, 25min, 45min, 60min, 90min, or 2 hours
4. Hit Start Focus – blocked sites are now completely inaccessible!
