PaRappa is ready to play

Open the extension from Chrome’s toolbar. The original PlayStation rhythm game is the default and all files needed to play are packaged inside the extension.

To start: choose Start Game, then use Enter for Start and follow the rhythm prompts with arrows, Z, X, A, and S.

Original Rhythm GameThe PlayStation game is selected first and stays the primary experience.
Offline PackageThe complete local runtime is packaged inside the extension.
Beat CheckA separate HTML5 rhythm challenge offers quick practice.

Getting started

  1. Pin PaRappa from Chrome’s Extensions menu for quick access.
  2. Open the popup; Original mode is selected by default.
  3. Use the Guide to keep the verified PlayStation keys visible while you play.

Original game and Beat Check

Select Original for PaRappa’s full rhythm adventure or Beat Check for the local practice game. Restart follows the active mode.

PaRappa has been removed from Chrome. If this was accidental, reinstall it to return to the original rhythm game and Beat Check.
