Overview

Toy Story – Retro Platform Adventure is a single-purpose Chrome extension that lets users play a packaged game in the extension popup. The game files and runtime required for play are included with the extension and operate locally in the browser.

Information We Collect

The extension does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal or sensitive user data. It does not request account information, names, email addresses, precise location, browsing history, financial information, authentication information, personal communications, or user-generated content.

The extension does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, telemetry, remote logging, or profiling services.

Permissions and Local Operation

The extension declares no Chrome permissions and no host permissions. Game processing occurs locally. The extension does not download executable code while it is running.

Temporary game state needed during a play session may exist in browser memory and is discarded when the session ends. This temporary state is not transmitted to the publisher or to third parties.

User-Initiated External Links and Sharing

The interface includes optional buttons that the user may choose to open PastPlay pages in a new browser tab. When the user follows an external link, the destination website may receive ordinary web request information such as an IP address and browser details under that website’s own privacy policy. The extension does not read the destination page, monitor the user’s browsing, or receive data back from that website.

The optional Share control uses the browser or operating system sharing interface when available. The extension supplies only the public game-page URL and title selected for sharing. It does not access the user’s contacts or collect the content of the share.

Data Sharing, Retention, and Security

Because the extension does not collect user data, it has no user-data database, no user profiles, no data-retention period, and no user data to disclose to third parties. No personal or sensitive user data is sold or used for advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated purposes.

The extension is designed to minimize data exposure by using no Chrome permissions, keeping the game runtime local, and limiting network navigation to links that the user explicitly opens.

Children’s Privacy

The extension does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.

Changes to This Policy

If the extension’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before those changes are released. The effective date above will also be revised.
